Pueblo Chile Caviar (it's not what you think!)
 Ingredients:  {short description of image}  
1 Jar Pueblo Chile Salsa 1 Tomato (Diced)
1-16oz Cans White Hominy (Drained) 1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Cup Green Onions (Diced) 1 Tsp. Cumin (Optional)
1 Medium Onion (Diced) 1 Tsp. Pepper
2 -16 oz. Cans Black-eyed Peas    
 Directions: Mix all the ingredients. Chill and serve
with your favorite corn chips or crackers.
(Approximately 11 servings)
