Pueblo Chile Caviar (it's not what you think!)
| Ingredients: |

1 Jar Pueblo Chile Salsa |
|
1 Tomato (Diced) |
|
1-16oz Cans White Hominy
(Drained) |
|
1 Tbsp. Sugar |
| 1 Cup Green Onions (Diced) |
|
1 Tsp. Cumin (Optional) |
| 1 Medium Onion (Diced) |
|
1 Tsp. Pepper |
| 2 -16 oz. Cans Black-eyed Peas |
|
|
Directions: Mix all the ingredients. Chill and
serve with your
favorite corn chips or crackers. (Approximately 11 servings) |
